Perfect location, close to metro station and convenient for airport transfers. Friendly staff with excellent service, providing complimentary fruits, cakes, and juice. Early breakfast offered without request for early check-out. Great value for money. Central shopping area within 5-10 minutes' walk. Clean and comfortable room. Good internet speed. Receptionists speak English and are helpful. Hotel has ample security measures. Pleasant surprise of a free dinner and treats in the room. Will definitely return.

If you're looking for the perfect location, look no further. This hotel is conveniently situated near Ksaray tram station and really close to Yenikapi metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well-maintained, thanks to the efficient maintenance staff. The friendly and attentive staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, the free Turkish tea available 24/7 at reception is a nice touch.
The hotel allows smoking everywhere, despite putting up no smoking signs. This can be bothersome for non-smokers, as the smoke can enter the rooms.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in Istanbul. the location is great, right in the center of a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants. It may seem a bit intimidating for inexperienced tourists, but as a regular traveler, I felt perfectly safe. The hotel itself is spread across seven floors, and my room had a great view of the sea. The basic amenities were all provided, although the furnishings were a bit old-fashioned. The staff were attentive and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests. And finally, the breakfast had a decent variety, even for vegetarians like myself, although I would have preferred a bit more choice.
No complaints, everything was just fine.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, including a free parking lot and a delicious breakfast buffet. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from Yenikapi Metro Station. This made it easy for us to explore the city using the efficient metro system.
